I have mostly Dumb Thoughts.

Please take them.

This is a collection of meditations that I have amassed which have become reminders for myself every morning….when I feel in the right vibration to do so.

I started it as a part of my Stoic Life and trying to build better habits. I literally made a custom form, exemplefied in my Blog that was supposed to help me stay on top of things.

It has been a process but I’m following this idea of doing little things to help build better habits until they really stick. I guess it came more from the book Atomic Habits, but I haven’t read it. It was brought to my attention relatively recently and I looked into a few summaries.

But it’s essentially what I’ve started doing.

As you know, no one really does it until they do. So I did it to get it out of my system.

And so, I keep these reminders as a different part of my whole flow.

They remind me to do things in different capacities. They might not make a lot of sense since I don’t have a detailed version of my philosophy and spirituality anywhere.

If you have any questions about it, I’m happy to talk about them and their significance to me. Some background as needed.

I can only hope that you find something valuable in it for yourself.

A new idea I was considering, was writing a self help book. One to end all self help books. And it will actually say, all the same shit that every self help book has ever had to say. But it will say it in EVERY WAY. So it’ll be technically a choose-your-own-adventure……or choose-your-own-sadness…..
